How does shipping work?
All orders will be sent via Australia Post, Aramex (Fastway) or StarTrack.
Freight is determined by the size and weight of your order and your location.
If paying by bank transfer your order will be dispatched once payment has been received.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Please provide a delivery address that will be able to receive a delivery to avoid redelivery fees or collecting from the Post Office.
Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with packages origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Deliveries to Regional Areas, Western Australia (WA) and Northern Territory (NT):
Freight charges may vary drastically dependent upon your location and the size and weight of your order. We may contact you prior to dispatch if additional freight charges apply to your order. You are welcome to cancel at this stage.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order using a Credit Card via Shopify Payments, PayPal or Afterpay.
Can I return my item?
We understand that things go wrong sometimes.
